Offers route planning and navigation services suited to vehicle characteristics in supported regions, for truck and commercial vehicle drivers.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the information they enter about vehicle height, weight, length, width and other technical characteristics is correct and up to date.

Separate agreements and terms of service may apply to NavGo Enterprise and other business solutions that may be offered in the future.

3. Right of Use and License

NavGo apps are not sold to the user; they are provided under a limited license of use under this Agreement.

Corevia grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the app for personal or permitted commercial use, in line with the applicable subscription and service terms.

The User may not:
  • Use the app for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to obtain the app's source code unlawfully.
  • Copy, distribute or resell the app without permission.
  • Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
  • Carry out actions that would harm the app's infrastructure.
  • Prevent other users from using the services.
Actions expressly permitted by the applicable law and rights arising from third-party open-source licenses are reserved.

On Apple devices, the license of use applies within the applicable Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Family Sharing and volume purchase arrangements permitted by Apple are reserved.

4. User Accounts

A user account may be required to use some of NavGo's features.

The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

It is important to keep the account secure, not share verification codes with third parties and report any unauthorised activity on the account without delay.

NavGo may apply session and device verification mechanisms to keep accounts secure.

Limits on the number of devices or simultaneous sessions may apply to subscription plans. These limits are explained to the user before purchase.

The User may not transfer their account to third parties or let others use it unlawfully.

5. Navigation and Map Information

NavGo provides navigation services using map, location and traffic data.

Route calculations may be performed based on the road network, traffic congestion, route characteristics, user preferences and the available technical data.

However, map and navigation data may not always be complete, uninterrupted or up to date.

This applies in particular to:
  • Temporary road closures
  • New traffic regulations
  • Roadworks
  • Traffic signs
  • Speed limit changes
  • Vehicle access restrictions
  • Weather and road conditions
Such situations may be reflected in the app late or incompletely.

The guidance provided by NavGo does not replace traffic signs, official road regulations or the instructions of the competent authorities.

While driving, the User must obey the traffic rules in force and the official signs on the road.

6. Radar and Speed Check Notifications

In supported regions, NavGo may provide information about radar points, speed check areas and average speed zones.

This information is provided to help users stay aware of road conditions and speed limits while driving.

Radar and speed check notifications may be obtained from sources such as:
  • Data provided by official authorities,
  • Third-party data providers,
  • User reports,
  • Available map and road information.

NavGo does not guarantee that all radars, speed check points or traffic checks will be shown completely.

The absence of a radar alert does not mean that no speed checks are carried out on that road.

The User must obey the applicable speed limits even if the app gives no alert.

The laws on radar detection and alert systems may differ from country to country.

The User is responsible for acting in accordance with the laws of the country they are in. NavGo may restrict or disable certain features as required by local law.

NavGo does not encourage avoiding traffic enforcement, breaking speed limits or any unlawful driving behaviour.

7. Driving Safety and User Responsibility

NavGo is a driving assistance and navigation app. It does not remove the driver's responsibility for attention, control and decision-making.

The User:
  • Must keep their attention on the road while driving.
  • Must follow local traffic rules on phone use.
  • Must consider navigation guidance within safe driving conditions.
  • Must not carry out dangerous or prohibited manoeuvres.
  • Must give priority to traffic signs and the instructions of the competent authorities.
If a route suggested by the app is not safe or legal in the current conditions, the user should not follow that guidance.

NavGo is not a system that makes decisions for the driver or controls the vehicle.

8. Commercial Vehicle Navigation

NavGo Truck Pro may offer navigation and route planning features designed for commercial vehicle drivers.

Route calculations are based on the vehicle characteristics defined by the user and the available map data.

The User must enter their vehicle's technical details correctly and keep them up to date.

For bridge heights, tonnage limits, tunnel restrictions, transport of dangerous goods and similar regulations, official road signs and the instructions of the competent authorities must be followed.

NavGo does not guarantee that commercial vehicle routes are passable or suitable in all conditions.

This provision does not limit the mandatory rights of consumers under the applicable law.

9. User Reports and Community Content

NavGo may allow users to create reports about road and traffic events.

Content created by users is expected to be accurate, up to date and lawful.

The following behaviour is not allowed:
  • Knowingly creating false traffic or radar reports
  • Sharing misleading or fake locations
  • Creating content that could endanger other users
  • Sharing insulting, threatening or unlawful content
  • Creating automated reports aimed at manipulating the systems
To protect service security and data quality, NavGo may verify or remove reports or limit their visibility.

In cases of repeated misuse, temporary or permanent restrictions may be applied to the user account.

The User retains the rights they hold over the content they create. The User grants Corevia the non-exclusive permission, limited to the purpose of the service, needed to display and process that content within the NavGo services and make it available to other users.

10. Subscriptions and Paid Services

NavGo may offer certain features through paid subscription plans.

Subscription options may vary depending on the country where the app is used, the platform and the plan offered.

Before purchase, the user is informed about:
  • The name of the subscription plan,
  • The services offered,
  • The current subscription price and currency,
  • The billing period,
  • The automatic renewal terms,
  • Any trial or promotional terms.

The price and subscription terms shown on the purchase screen and confirmed by the user apply.

10.1. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the chosen billing periods unless cancelled by the user.

The renewal fee is charged through the payment system of the relevant app store.

Subscription renewals, price changes and payment processes are subject to the applicable rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

10.2. Apple App Store Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed by Apple.

Users can manage their subscriptions in their device's Settings, through their Apple Account or via the following link:

https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

10.3. Google Play Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased on Android are managed through Google Play.

Users can manage their subscriptions on Google Play's subscription management screen or via the following link:

https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

10.4. Cancelling a Subscription

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time using the methods offered by the relevant app store.

Cancellation is applied in line with the terms of the relevant store and the applicable law.

In general, access to a cancelled subscription continues until the end of the current paid period. However, country-specific consumer rights and different cancellation options offered by the relevant store are reserved.

Removing the app from the device or deleting the NavGo account does not mean that the active store subscription is automatically cancelled.

10.5. Free Trials and Promotions

NavGo may offer promotions, discounts or free trials at certain times.

The duration, price, scope and renewal terms of such offers are stated on the relevant offer screen.

For subscriptions without a free trial, no commitment is made to the user that a trial is available.

11. Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Rights

For digital subscription purchases made through NavGo, the consumer legislation of the user's country and the terms of the relevant app store apply.

11.1. Apple App Store

Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store can be submitted through Apple's relevant channels.

11.2. Google Play

11.3. Protection of Statutory Rights

No provision of this Agreement may be interpreted as removing consumers' mandatory rights of withdrawal, refund, remedies for defective services or other legal recourse under the applicable law.

12. Account Deletion and Termination of the Service

The User may request the deletion of their NavGo account.

Account deletion can be started using the delete account feature in the app or by applying to info@navgo.co.

After an account is deleted, account data that is not required to be kept under the relevant legislation is deleted or anonymised.

The User stopping using the app does not mean that their store subscription is automatically cancelled.

NavGo may restrict or terminate access to an account in the event of a serious breach of this Agreement, a security risk or a legal requirement.

These actions are carried out within the applicable law, the principle of proportionality and the mandatory legal rights of users.

13. Internet Connection and Offline Services

Some NavGo features may require an internet connection.

Live traffic information, online route calculation, up-to-date radar data and community reports may depend on an internet connection.

Supported offline map features depend on the required map data being downloaded in advance and on the related technical conditions.

The lack or loss of an internet connection may make some services unavailable or prevent up-to-date information from being provided.

Carrier charges that may arise from mobile data use are subject to the user's own agreement with their mobile service provider.

14. Third-Party Services

NavGo may use third-party service providers, including HERE Technologies, to provide map and navigation services.

Some features of the app may depend on the availability, technical infrastructure and terms of use of third-party systems.

Interruptions or changes in the systems of third-party service providers may affect some NavGo functions.

In such cases, without prejudice to its responsibilities under the applicable law, Corevia will try to take appropriate measures to ensure service continuity.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the rights to the NavGo brand, app interfaces, original software components, designs, logos, texts and related content belong to Corevia or the relevant rights holders.

Third-party map, data and software components are subject to the license and terms of use of their respective rights holders.

The license of use granted to the User does not mean a transfer of the intellectual property rights in the app.

Reproducing, distributing or reusing protected content for commercial purposes without the permission of Corevia or the relevant rights holder is prohibited.

16. Service Updates and Changes

NavGo may release updates to improve the app's security, performance and functionality.

Some features may change due to technical requirements, changes in legislation or service improvements.

For changes that significantly affect the scope of paid services, users are informed and given the necessary rights under the applicable law.

17. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

NavGo aims to provide its services with reasonable technical care.

However, it is not guaranteed that navigation, map, traffic and radar information will always be uninterrupted, error-free or complete.

The app does not replace the driver's duty of attention and decision-making.

Corevia's liability is assessed to the extent permitted by the applicable law.

No provision of this Agreement removes liability for intent, gross negligence, mandatory consumer protection provisions or other liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

18. Terms Specific to Apple App Store Users

This section applies to NavGo apps obtained through the Apple App Store.

When using the app, the user must comply with the applicable third-party service agreements.

18.9. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary
