How Do I Change the Radar Alert Distance?

NavGo lets you choose how far in advance you want to be alerted when approaching radar points.

Setting the Radar Alert Distance

  1. Open the NavGo app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the Radars and Alerts menu.
  4. Find the radar alert distance option.
  5. Choose the distance that suits you.

Available Alert Distances

  1. 250 metres: alert from a shorter distance
  2. 500 metres: balanced alert distance
  3. 750 metres: earlier notice
  4. 1000 metres: advance warning from a long distance

Which Distance Should I Choose?

You may prefer shorter alert distances in the city and longer ones on intercity and motorway journeys. The point at which the alert is actually given may vary depending on GPS accuracy, driving conditions and data updates.

Tip: Start with 500 metres and adjust it to your driving habits.
