How Do I Cancel My NavGo Subscription?

You can manage and cancel your NavGo subscription in the app store where you made the purchase.

iPhone (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your Apple Account at the top.
  3. Go to Subscriptions.
  4. Select your NavGo subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon.
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Select your NavGo subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.

What Happens When I Cancel?

When you cancel your subscription, automatic renewal stops. Your access usually continues until the end of your current billing period.

  1. Important: Deleting the app from your phone does not cancel your subscription.
