1. Stop your vehicle in a safe place or ask a passenger to do it.
2. Open the report road event option in the NavGo app.
3. Choose the type of event you want to report.
4. Check the location of the event.
5. Send your report.

Which Events Can I Report?

You can report traffic accidents, roadworks, obstacles on the road, temporary road checks and other road conditions supported by the app.

What Should I Keep in Mind When Sending a Report?

1. Only report real events you have seen.
2. Make sure the location is correct.
3. Don't send unnecessary repeat reports for the same event.
4. Don't share misleading or unverified information.
