What Should I Do If NavGo Doesn't Give Radar Alerts?

If NavGo doesn't give radar alerts, it may be due to location services, app settings, GPS accuracy or the data coverage of the radar point in question.

1. Check location permissions.

Make sure NavGo has the required location permissions on your phone.

2. Review the radar alert settings.

In Settings, check that radar alerts and voice notification preferences are turned on.

3. Check the alert distance.

Make sure the alert distance you chose suits your driving preferences.

4. Check GPS accuracy.

Tunnels, enclosed areas or a weak GPS signal can affect location-based alerts.

5. Update the app.

Check that you are using the latest version from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Is There an Alert for Every Radar Point?

No. NavGo can only give alerts for points that are supported and within the available data coverage.
